Return Policy Overview: Tekgear Home & Office, LLC, through its owned and operated websites: TekgearDirect.com (Consumer) & TechgearDirect.com (For Business), proudly stands behind the quality and trusted brands we sell online everyday! Our goal is to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with every order you place - regardless of size or dollar value! Therefore, customers may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition (including Universal Product Code-UPC, manuals, parts or accessories), if it meets the Retrun Policy Guidelines as indicated below: 15-Day Return Polcy Guidelines: - Wrong product SKU, color or size was shipped
- Product shipped is defective in any way
- Didn't like the item purchased: you are still welcome to return the product. However, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fees including insurance are your responsibility
Restocking Fees: - Video Games, Pre-Paid Cards, Software (including downloads), Music, Movies or DVDs
- No Exchanges: Due to a constant change in inventory, we cannot accept exchanges! If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund (after a Return Authorization has been approved) and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want.
How do I make return? Contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization form needs to be filled out completely and signed before we process your return. When using this form, please tell us why you are returning the item in as much detail as possible. Upon receipt and approval of this form, we will issue an RA # for the return process to begin. What are the Return Authorization Rules? Once you receive the Return Authorization form with information - you can return the product according to the return rules for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping if it applies to you. Please Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to our suppliers' warehouse! We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. You can e-mail by clicking the Contact Us button with further questions - please include your Order/Invoice Number. I was sent the wrong product? If you have received a different product SKU, color or size - other than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following: - All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
- Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
- Original invoice or receipt. Once this documentation is reviewed and approved, your refund will be determined and issued accordingly.
What to do with damaged or missing items: Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by e-mail. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund to anyone who notifies TekgearDirect.com "after" (3) business days. Our Order Error: If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs. Items Returned After 15-days: Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery and are in un-sellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will not receive a refund. Package Returned Undelivered If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. Packing my return? Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of your box. Shipping my return? If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product. Receipt of my return? We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 to 15-business days upon receipt of your return. |
