GENERAL ORDER QUESTIONS

What Is Your Free Shipping Offer?  You can receive Free Shipping on your order of $299 or higher, (25lbs or less)! This offer is good for a limited time only and is subject to change. Offer applies to both online stores: TekgearDirect.com & TechgearDirect.com For Business.

When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged when your order has been processed. Orders placed before 2 PM PST will be processed the same day, all orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping and handling charges are based on:

  • the delivery option you choose
  • the weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • and your shipping preferences.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your prefences. You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

Some items have a flat shipping fee due to oversized packages or special shipping requirements. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The majority of our items are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

ORDER DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All our items are in stock and ready to ship unless noted otherwise. Orders placed before 2 PM PST will be processed the same day, all orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Your order will normally be shipped within 1-3 business days following order processing and once payment has been confirmed (slightly longer during Hiliday seasons).

How will you ship my order?
We ship primarily via UPS or we may also use FedEx, USPS, DHL. Although ground service is our standard shipping option, customers may also choose three-day shipping on most products for an additional fee. Air delivery is standard for Alaska and Hawaii customers only.

 Has my order shipped & How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are made available to customers within 24-48 hours of shipment. You will be notified by email when your order has been placed and again when your order has been shipped. This second email will contain any available tracking information.  Please note: Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become "active" and traceable online after they are emailed to a customer. This gap represents the time difference between when the package is prepared by our warehouse and the carrier's origin scan, and does not mean that your package is delayed.

When will my package arrive?

This depends entirely on your shipping preferences. For ground services, delivery times vary according to your geographic distance from one of our warehouses. An estimated delivery date will be confirmed via email once your order is processed.

 Will my multiple-item order arrive in separate boxes?
Since we ship many of our products direct from various supplier warehouses (located throughout the United States ), you may receive the products in separate packages. However, most orders will arrive in one box.

Is my order insured?
Yes! All orders are insured for the total value of the product(s) contained in each shipment.

 I think my order is delayed... what do I do?
We will make every attempt to alert you in the unlikely event that your order has been delayed. Additionally, as our valued customer, we will always give you the option of selecting an alternative item or canceling your order if we are unable to fulfill your request in a timely fashion.  

  • If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking link and it has been more than 72 hours since you placed your order, please contact Customer Care.
  • If you received a tracking number and your order can not be located or did not arrive within 1-2 days of the shipping carrier's estimated delivery date, please contact Customer Care and we will assist you in locating your order.

 PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

I received my order but an item is missing...
Most of our products are shipped from a central warehouse. However, there are times when orders containing multiple products that are shipped from multiple warehouses.

If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment: 

  • Please verify that the missing item is identified on the packing receipt located inside the shipping box. If it is not, it may be arriving in a separate box. Note: only shipped items shipped are printed on the packing list. If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email regarding the backorder. You will not be charged for any item that has not been shipped.
  • If the item in question is listed on the packaging receipt as "shipped" but the product is missing from the box, please contact Customer Care.

 I received my order, but it seems to be damaged or is missing parts...
If you have received a product that appears to be damaged or is missing parts, please contact please contact Customer Care.

The product I received is not the product I ordered...
If you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Care.
